Review of San Remo HostelDuring my recent visit to San Remo, I had the opportunity to stay at an intriguing hostel that definitely left an impression. The location was convenient—close to transport links—which is ideal for exploring the area. Value is a double-edged sword here. The room we were given was spacious, with a flat-screen TV and wi-fi access, but that didn’t quite compensate for the lack of soundproofing. You can hear every conversation in the corridors, which can disrupt your peace. The shared kitchen is adequately equipped, though a larger space would have been more welcoming for communal cooking and dining. A standout feature is the terrace, offering a pleasant spot to unwind after a long day. Some cleanly aspects were concerning. While friendly staff attempted to keep common areas tidy, the rooms could benefit from more thorough cleaning, especially concerning bedding. At €26 per night, it's a budget-friendly option, but weighing luxury against value led me to question if I got what I paid for.
